This is what we do when you make an order!

We do so enjoy it when orders pop into our inbox, and we really hope you will enjoy the products as much when they arrive freshly made on your doorstep!

We are a small, family run company. We make our products fresh to order and we are even able to tailor make orders if this is required. We always aim to give a professional, friendly and personable service!

Dispatch 

We will try to dispatch your order within 48 hours. Some times we may not be able to do this. Since we make everything fresh, we sometimes experience delays, but we will let you know by email or phone if that is the case.

We send out orders by first class post, and large packages through Parcelforce which takes 2-4 days (Bathsalts will always go by Parcelforce as they are heavy!). If you have not received your products within 5 working days, please let us know, and we will sort it out!

Areas 

We send orders to the UK, Europe, USA and Canada and the rest of the World, and there is a fixed delivery charge for some of these options. Please contact us if you want to ship to other areas and we will do our best to help you! Please contact us for more information and delivery charges. 

Very heavy orders may require extra delivery charges, and we will seek your approval before we send the order.

Urgent orders 

If you require something urgently, please give us a ring, and we will do our best to get it to you on time. We are happy to arrange for Special Delivery services if you require this, please contact us for availability and charges.

Packaging 

We use recycled packaging whenever possible, and we wrap our products in tissue paper and degradable bubble wrap.

Refills and Recycling

If you would like to have a product refilled, and take advantage of our 20% refilling discount, please notify us in an email. Post us your bottles, and we will refill them for you.

Please only send bottles to us if you want them refilled. If you want to recycle them, please use your local recycling facilities. This saves energy, carbon emissions and money!
